“A very comprehensive day, starting with a couple of hours at the spice farm. We were shown different spices and had lunch there before driving to stone town for a walk and a coffee. In the late afternoon, we took a boat to the prison island, where we saw tortoises and learnt a bit of the story of the island. Overall a very good way to spend a full day in Zanzibar, for a very fair price. Our guide (in German) was very nice and explained us a bit of the history at each stop, and ensured that we felt comfortable during the whole day. The pick-up at the hotel…”

After a delicious lunch, they took us to Stone Town, where the tour guide showed us the most important sites. He was able to tell us about the history of the country, its culture, and customs. The tour ended with a boat ride to beautiful prison island with its stunning vistas over the water and the tortoises. A wonderful day!”
